Community Embraces Philanthropy Contest

Describes the Philanthropy Council of Northeast Nebraska’s Youth Philanthropy Contest. The purpose is to inspire a culture of giving in the community, and to showcase kids as the future of the community. Eight youth philanthropic projects have been funded through the contest and in 2014 that number was expanded to 10 thanks to the popularity among sponsors of the Celebrate Giving! event.
